Role & Responsibilities

  • Draft and publish job postings for interns and apprentices.
  • Source and select candidates using various job boards.
  • Conduct preliminary telephone screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate with managers regarding candidate briefs and follow-ups.
  • Monitor dashboards and key performance indicators.
  • Participate in various HR projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Human Resources (Master 1 or 2).

Skills

Meticulous organizational skills. Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in English for an international work environment.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in recruitment and HR is essential.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources.
