Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain robust working relationships with internal stakeholders, offering support, trusted advice, and constructive challenge.
  • Ensure effective talent attraction and acquisition for both Store and Head Office roles in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Support people managers through performance and talent management cycles.
  • Identify and implement training and development plans to support employees' professional growth.
  • Implement global and regional HR projects locally.
  • Promote employee well-being initiatives.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion, fostering an inclusive culture and enhancing understanding within the business.
  • Advise people managers on creating and sustaining a high-performing workforce.
  • Manage expense control through effective budget and forecast processes in partnership with the AMER team.
  • Ensure the implementation of compensation and benefits policies.
  • Support the annual salary review process and advise people managers.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and ensure compliance with HR administration and labor regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new HR policies.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in HR, preferably in a retail environment with international exposure.

Skills

Strong computer proficiency. Robust understanding of employee relations case management and policy interpretation. Excellent listening skills. Adaptability, reactivity, and a natural curiosity. Ability to multitask and manage the pressures of a busy workday. Willingness to learn and improve. Ability to maintain a positive work environment while respecting brand values. Attention to detail.

Experience

Relevant experience in human resources, particularly within a retail environment with international exposure.
