Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare onboarding processes for new employees and assist them in understanding HR procedures alongside HR Business Partners.
  • Draft various contractual documents and maintain updated personnel files, both physical and digital, including data entry in Workday.
  • Address employee inquiries and guide them through internal processes on platforms such as ADP and Workday, ensuring high-quality internal customer service.
  • Monitor HR metrics related to employees.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners on administrative tasks such as managing foreign worker procedures, probation periods, and contract terminations.
  • Update and manage payroll and personnel administration tracking systems, liaising with the Shared Service Center.
  • Participate in HR projects such as Babilou, 1% Housing, and HR Permanence.
  • Oversee temporary staffing requests and invoice confirmations.
  • Contribute to the efficient operation of the HR department, including handling mail and invoices.

Qualifications

  • Previous professional experience in a retail or dynamic environment in a similar role.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Workday or ADP preferred.
  • Educational background in Human Resources with foundational knowledge of labor law.
  • Proficiency in English and a strong service orientation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience
