Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy for the Middle East, ensuring alignment with global brand positioning.
  • Manage media relations and secure strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee VIP communication strategies and foster relationships with regional VIPs and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Plan and optimize media buying across various channels and analyze PR performance.
  • Lead regional client engagement initiatives focused on acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
  • Drive omnichannel efforts for a seamless and personalized client experience.
  • Oversee client data accuracy, segmentation, and CRM strategy execution.
  • Plan and execute high-impact events, including store openings and product launches.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Director and store teams on client targeting and event execution.
  • Oversee the development and execution of a regional gifting strategy.
  • Train and support retail teams on client engagement tools and luxury service standards.
  • Oversee budget planning and allocation to align with regional business objectives.
  • Partner with retail managers and external vendors to align on client initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in marketing and client engagement within the luxury fashion industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful communication and PR strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Experience in managing VIP relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis.

Experience
