Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Client Engagement Team in managing relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) at the headquarters level.
- Coordinate events and activations across multiple regions, including AMER, EMEA, GRC, South Korea, Japan, and SEAO.
- Organize and oversee both in-store and out-of-store projects.
- Coordinate VIC pre-orders and special orders, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure a personalized client experience.
- Plan and manage logistics for fashion shows, aftershows, and resee events.
- Coordinate collection previews and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Propose concepts and venues for out-of-store events and manage follow-up.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regional teams during order campaigns.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent study level.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

No specific prior experience required, but a background in luxury fashion or client relations is beneficial.
