Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) at the headquarters level.
  • Support the organization and execution of events and activations across multiple regions, including AMER, EMEA, GRC, South Korea, Japan, and SEAO.
  • Oversee both in-store and out-of-store projects, ensuring a seamless client experience.
  • Coordinate VIC pre-orders and special orders, serving as the primary point of contact for regional teams.
  • Plan and manage fashion shows, aftershows, and resee events, including logistical support and KPI analysis.
  • Propose concepts and venues for out-of-store events, conducting market benchmarks and managing follow-up.
  • Collaborate with production and development teams to assess the feasibility of special orders and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent study level.

Skills

Methodical and rigorous approach to tasks. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous. Strong organizational and dynamic problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities. Client-centric mindset with a passion for products.

Experience

No specific experience required, but a background in luxury fashion or client relations is advantageous.

Education

Master's degree or equivalent study level.
