Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor budget allocations for optimal performance across channels and markets to achieve global business and ROAS targets.
  • Manage and optimize weekly performance reports and daily KPI monitoring for the website.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the impact of paid media activities on a global scale.
  • Coordinate with partner agencies and media activation partners to ensure excellence in campaign delivery.
  • Oversee all paid acquisition channels, including Paid Search, Social, Affiliation, and Display, from strategy development to execution.
  • Optimize targeting strategies for advertising campaigns.
  • Research new trends and conduct brand demand analysis using tools like Google Trends, Search Console, and Google Analytics.
  • Maintain global product catalogs for shopping.
  • Provide competitive intelligence analysis from SEA landscape and benchmarks to C-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Image and Merch teams to define performance media strategy and content.
  • Ensure accurate financial tracking of performance marketing activities, including budget consolidation and vendor payments.
  • Work with local markets to tailor media strategies to local behaviors and business needs while adhering to global best practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years' experience in managing traffic acquisition and campaign management, including SEA, social media, and affiliate marketing.
  • Experience in organic search growth is advantageous.

Skills

Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of performance marketing channels. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Looker (Data Studio). Autonomous, agile, and proactive approach. Strong attention to detail and curiosity about eCommerce. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in English.

Experience

A minimum of two years' experience in traffic acquisition and campaign management, with a focus on SEA, social media, and affiliate marketing.
