Balenciaga (Paris) seeks a Global Direct Marketing Intern to support CRM, lifecycle programs and clienteling across direct channels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with regional Client Engagement teams to design and implement global client retention strategies.
  • Support and ensure Direct Marketing activities align with the Balenciaga brand DNA and global calendar.
  • Coordinate multichannel Direct Marketing campaign delivery with external agencies, translation partners and local teams.
  • Define target client segments using HQ or regional files and monitor campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Conduct monthly benchmarking and report on campaign impact in terms of client engagement and sales.
  • Manage one-to-one clienteling tasks: prepare briefs, gather translations, liaise with agencies and coordinate deliveries with regions.
  • Develop and maintain retail marketing tools for sales associates (product catalogs, digital store invitations) and upload assets/templates to the Clienteling app.
  • Update lifecycle programs with current content, coordinate asset requests with the Image team and ensure flawless execution of client journeys.

Qualifications

  • Very high attention to detail and strong organisational agility to manage last-minute requests.
  • Proactive, responsive and intellectually curious with an ability to learn quickly in an intercultural environment.
  • Interest in data reporting and basic analytical rigour when measuring campaign performance.
  • Good understanding of the luxury industry and client expectations.
  • Previous exposure to campaign management or digital marketing; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English.

Experience

Internship-level role; previous internships or practical exposure in campaign management, digital marketing or CRM are desirable. Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and retail clienteling workflows is a plus.

Education

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Communications, Business, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
