Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and optimization of CRM data assets, client database management, and analytics infrastructure.
- Assist in producing recurring and ad-hoc reports, including monthly client reports and product-specific analyses.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to generate actionable insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Contribute to machine learning initiatives related to client scoring and advanced data science analytics.
- Enhance data quality and optimize data extraction processes using SQL and Python.
- Collaborate on the development and improvement of BI tools for automation and efficiency in reporting workflows.
- Design and implement robust data integration workflows for new data sources.
- Build, deploy, and maintain scalable client scoring models.
- Serve as the key point of contact between HQ and regional teams for client database alignment and support.
- Support the coordination and delivery of global client data and technical initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Contribute to project planning, progress tracking, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Master’s student or experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or related fields.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
