Finance Manager
Join Balenciaga in Seoul as a Finance Manager. Report to the Finance Director and manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Luxury retail experience preferred.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the company's financial planning and budgeting processes, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
- Provide accurate and timely financial projections to guide business decision-making.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending actions to optimize performance.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly financial and management reports for group consolidation.
- Identify and implement ongoing process improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Liaise with auditors and external professionals regarding finance matters.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Review month-end closing tasks and ensure completeness of financial data and transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry, with at least 5 years in a management role overseeing finance and business in Korea.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Audit or internal control experience preferred.
