Join Balenciaga in Seoul as a Finance Manager. Report to the Finance Director and manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Luxury retail experience preferred.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the company's financial planning and budgeting processes, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term strategic plans.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial projections to guide business decision-making.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending actions to optimize performance.
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly financial and management reports for group consolidation.
  • Identify and implement ongoing process improvements and cost efficiencies.
  • Liaise with auditors and external professionals regarding finance matters.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Review month-end closing tasks and ensure completeness of financial data and transactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry, with at least 5 years in a management role overseeing finance and business in Korea.
  • Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Audit or internal control experience preferred.

Skills

Proficiency in financial planning and analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in financial software and tools.

Experience

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on the luxury retail industry and at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
