Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the production of events, including fashion shows, guest management, security, aftershows, dinners, and exhibitions, in collaboration with Design, Legal, Press, and Digital departments.
- Manage casting processes, including options, negotiations, schedules, contracts, and oversee the Casting team during fashion show preparations.
- Coordinate bookings and schedules for event talents such as hair stylists, makeup artists, and DJs.
- Supervise backstage logistics during fashion shows, including scheduling, space allocation, and catering.
- Monitor budgets and invoicing, negotiating quotes with suppliers, managing a budget of €1.5 million per show, totaling €25 million annually.
- Conduct competitive analysis.
- Supervise the team intern.

- Over 4 years of experience in a similar role.
