EMEA Client Engagement Data Analyst Intern
Balenciaga — EMEA Client Engagement Data Analyst Intern in Paris. 6-month internship from April 2026 focused on CRM reporting, KPI dashboards and client insights.
Overview
Balenciaga is a Paris-based luxury fashion House renowned for avant-garde design, rigorous tailoring and boundary-pushing collections across womenswear, menswear and accessories. Role & Responsibilities
- Produce monthly KPI analyses and maintain dashboards to track client engagement and commercial performance
- Perform market analysis to identify trends, challenges and opportunities relevant to EMEA client segments
- Ensure database quality through deduplication, profile merging and maintenance of a single client view
- Leverage CRM and BI tools to analyse customer purchasing behaviour and generate actionable insights
- Support coordination across internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects and reporting
- Contribute to ad-hoc market research projects including competitor monitoring and forecasting
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Information Technology or a closely related discipline
- Minimum one prior experience in data analysis (internship or professional role)
- Strong numeracy and a business-oriented mindset with experience handling databases and figures
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with strong planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear reports

At least one previous experience in data analysis, demonstrated through an internship or entry-level role; experience managing multiple projects and delivering analytical outputs for business stakeholders is required.
Education
Master’s degree specialised in Finance, Mathematics, Information Technology or equivalent.
