E-commerce Intern
Balenciaga — Summer 2026 E‑Commerce Intern in New York. Paid internship at $17/hr supporting catalog management, reporting and site QA in the NYC corporate office.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Support weekly business reporting and performance tracking for the e‑commerce channel.
- Manage elements of the online catalogue: item mapping, asset uploads and communication of pricing changes to e‑commerce partners.
- Partner with content teams to ensure product assets and copy are accurate and up to date.
- Execute weekly site quality assurance checks and document or escalate functional and content issues.
- Track shipments and deliveries, and assist with order-status follow-up.
- Assist with monthly test orders and substitution code management.
- Contribute to ad‑hoc projects, competitive benchmarking and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Report to the E‑Commerce Account Manager and support operational priorities for the NYC corporate e‑commerce team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or college programme and eligible to receive academic credit.
- Available to work on site in the New York corporate office for the Summer 2026 internship period.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and task orientation.
- Proven time management and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience
Internship-level role; no prior professional experience required. Relevant coursework or prior exposure to e‑commerce, retail operations, digital merchandising or marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate programme and eligibility to receive academic credit is required; studies in business, marketing, e‑commerce, merchandising or a related discipline preferred.
