Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the preparation of the Headless migration by managing content elements such as pages, texts, and assets in the back office.
- Update product data in the Product Information Management (PIM) system to enhance the customer journey.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new website features prior to production deployment.
- Conduct non-regression testing to ensure developer modifications do not adversely affect the website.
- Coordinate translations with regional teams and translation agencies, ensuring updates to balenciaga.com.
- Monitor and report website incidents, tracking bug resolutions.
- Perform monthly order tests and conduct e-commerce and customer service benchmarks.
