Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal distribution of available stock from the central warehouse to global regions in alignment with brand strategy.
  • Manage and optimize the distribution tool 'Share' and propose improvements.
  • Coordinate the availability of new collections in regions for launch dates and contribute to defining optimal product launch strategies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with merchandising teams on distribution matters and propose enhancements to maximize performance.
  • Address and fulfill ad-hoc stock requests from the central warehouse.
  • Provide visibility on distribution activities through regular and targeted reports.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a business or engineering school.
  • Experience as a Distribution Planner.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Strong organizational, autonomous, and analytical skills. Excellent customer service orientation and teamwork capabilities. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.

Experience

Previous experience in distribution planning is required.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
