Role & Responsibilities

• Implement action plans in collaboration with the Store Manager or Store Director and ensure their effective execution.
• Serve as a communication conduit between the Store Manager/Director and the store team, providing high-quality feedback.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
• Identify and nurture the strengths of each team member, supporting their professional growth through training and coaching.
• Ensure the consistent execution of Balenciaga's signature client experience.
• Maintain compliance with legal, safety, and internal requirements, including sustainability, HR, and stock organization.

Qualifications

• Proven successful experience in sales and managing sales teams.
• Inclusive leadership style with excellent organizational skills.
• Adaptability, persuasiveness, and a dynamic approach.
• High sensitivity to client experiences and loyalty.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
