Role & Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a positive, respectful, and motivating work environment.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve performance excellence.
- Manage departmental scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Recruit, develop, and retain clientele using CRM tools.
- Organize department after-sales service and handle client disputes.
- Propose initiatives for business development.
- Implement and monitor action plans defined with Headquarters and the Director.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand policy.
- Participate in reporting activities.
- Manage stock organization, replenishments, deliveries, and inventories.
- Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and inter-store transfers with stockists.
- Ensure adherence to procedures and guidelines (grooming, stock, cash handling, visual merchandising).
- Uphold the brand's values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and customer relationship management.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion sector is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
