Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain a positive, respectful, and motivating work environment.
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Lead and inspire team members.
  • Manage departmental scheduling.
  • Conduct performance evaluations.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain clientele using CRM tools.
  • Organize after-sales service and manage customer disputes.
  • Propose initiatives to drive business development.
  • Implement and monitor action plans in collaboration with headquarters and the Director.
  • Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand policies.
  • Contribute to reporting activities.
  • Oversee stock organization, replenishments, deliveries, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and inter-store transfers with stockists.
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and guidelines (grooming, stock, cash handling, visual merchandising).
  • Uphold the brand's values.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion and customer service.
  • Proficiency in CRM and inventory management systems.

Skills

Leadership and team management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in French and English.

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field preferred.
