Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement store action plans defined with HQ and the Store Manager and ensure timely follow-up and execution
  • Provide accurate, high-quality feedback and sales reporting to the Store Manager
  • Create and maintain a positive, motivating work environment that reflects the Balenciaga culture
  • Coach, motivate and develop the department team; support recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives
  • Act as a Balenciaga ambassador to sustain and promote brand image and service standards internally and externally
  • Ensure consistent execution of Balenciaga signature service and client experience across the department
  • Manage client development programs from new clients to VICs (Very Important Clients)
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, HR, sustainability and stock-management processes
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly team planning to the Store Manager
  • Challenge and improve current departmental processes to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher in any discipline
  • Minimum six years' relevant experience in the luxury retail sector, including at least three years in a managerial position
  • Inclusive leadership style with strong organizational capabilities
  • Demonstrable people management, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commercial awareness, product and fashion sensitivity
  • Proactive, adaptable, persuasive and team-oriented attitude

Experience
