Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop forecasts for existing products in collaboration with the Merchandising team.
  • Adjust sales forecasts and monitor discrepancies from initial assumptions.
  • Provide top-line analysis of stock and forecast for the designated category and submit recommendations.
  • Maintain key planning parameters, including production lead time, tool stock, and safety stock.
  • Suggest and adjust reorder needs based on actual sales and future forecasts.
  • Alert stakeholders on stock shortages and identify overstock risks at the global warehouse.
  • Update and provide regular reporting, including weekly sales reports and monthly S&OP material.

Qualifications

  • Final-year student with ideally some experience in supply chain, particularly in planning and fast-growing industries.

Skills

Organized, rigorous, and autonomous work ethic. Strong analytical skills and team spirit. Proficiency in Excel. Fluency in English and French.

Experience

Ideally, candidates should have some prior experience in supply chain planning within a fast-growing industry.

Education

Final-year student status required.
