Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of cases related to commercial law, economic law, and data privacy.
- Draft, negotiate, and oversee commercial contracts including distribution agreements, procurement contracts, and service agreements.
- Provide legal support to retail teams on consumer law-related matters, including pre-litigation and litigation management.
- Review and negotiate Data Processing Agreements for various projects and departments.
- Act as a legal ambassador for cross-functional projects within the Group, implementing common IT tools.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Maison's legal policy, including legal monitoring and drafting explanatory memos for operational teams.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Law.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate setting or law firm, preferably within the retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of business law, particularly contract law, consumer law, and data privacy law.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
