Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner to operational teams by monitoring G&A costs and animating budget cycles.
  • Support monthly close activities in collaboration with the Accounting department.
  • Monitor and analyse office-related expenses (rent, utilities, facilities services).
  • Control and oversee budgetary performance for Corporate HQ functions (HR, Legal, Store Planning).
  • Prepare provisions and perform intercompany reconciliations with the Kering group.
  • Analyse variances between forecasts and actuals, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts with operational managers.
  • Produce and distribute monthly financial reporting and ad hoc analyses to support decision‑making.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or holding a Master 1 or Master 2 (equivalent to Master’s level) in Finance, Accounting, Management Control or Business Management.
  • First practical experience (internship or work‑study) in Audit, Management Control or Corporate Finance is an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP, HFM or Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team orientation.
  • Methodical, highly organised and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Genuine interest in the luxury sector and corporate environments.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.

Experience

Candidate should have a first relevant experience—such as an internship or alternance—in audit, management control, or corporate finance; prior exposure to monthly close processes and intercompany reconciliations is desirable.

Education

Master’s level (Master 1 or Master 2) in Finance, Accounting, Management Control or Business/Management.
