- Oversee the design and administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Advise employees on benefits options and manage relationships with external vendors.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Prepare and manage the HR budget, aligning with organizational goals.
- Perform job evaluations and provide guidance on role classifications.
- Lead or participate in compensation and benefits-related projects.
Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR planning and budgeting.
- Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and benefits administration tools.
