Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the relationship strategy with the brand's most valued clients (VICs) to drive client loyalty and revenue growth.
- Plan and execute CRM strategies, overseeing exclusive VIC events and personalized client experiences.
- Supervise a CRM Specialist and collaborate cross-functionally to support brand growth.
- Conduct strategic analysis to optimize sales networks and geographical footprint.
- Achieve sales targets and manage retail KPIs, including sales, prospecting, and client segmentation.
- Elevate the VIC client experience through in-store and offsite events, in collaboration with various departments.
- Identify and engage external commercial partnerships to recruit new VICs while maintaining brand image.
- Manage end-to-end overseas brand experiences and propose new in-store activations for client retention.
- Conduct post-event analysis and support VIC-related initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
- Guide, coach, and train store teams to enhance VIC engagement and retention.
- Manage the VIC event budget and monthly forecasts/accruals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client relationship roles within luxury, high-end retail, or hospitality.
- Hands-on experience in CRM or data-driven marketing.
- Proven track record in planning and executing high-end client events.
- Team management experience.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Experience with CRM platforms.
- Deep understanding of and interest in fashion and luxury.
