Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the relationship strategy with the brand's most valued clients (VICs) to drive client loyalty and revenue growth.
  • Plan and execute CRM strategies, overseeing exclusive VIC events and personalized client experiences.
  • Conduct strategic analysis to optimize sales networks and geographical footprint.
  • Achieve sales targets and manage retail KPIs, including client segmentation and customer profiling.
  • Elevate VIC client experiences both in-store and externally, aligning with brand ambitions.
  • Plan and implement in-store and offsite events in collaboration with various departments.
  • Identify and engage external commercial partnerships to recruit new VICs while maintaining brand image.
  • Manage end-to-end overseas brand experiences and propose new VIC activations.
  • Conduct post-event analysis and support VIC/high segment initiatives.
  • Guide, coach, and train store teams to enhance VIC engagement and retention.
  • Manage the VIC event budget and monthly forecasts.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship roles within luxury, high-end retail, or hospitality.
  • Proven track record in planning and executing high-end client events.
  • Team management experience.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Experience with CRM platforms.

Experience
