Balenciaga seeks a Client Ambassador in London to cultivate VIP relationships and drive luxury sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high‑value clients through personalised outreach, follow-up and bespoke service.
  • Coordinate and manage private and appointment-based client experiences in-store and virtually, including previews, fittings and bespoke requests.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective conversion of appointments.
  • Maintain accurate client records and interaction history within the store CRM; leverage data to generate personalised offers and clienteling campaigns.
  • Collaborate with store leadership, visual merchandising and marketing to deliver seamless VIP experiences and to execute private events.
  • Manage post‑sale service including alterations, repairs and aftercare, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide product expertise and storytelling across collections to communicate craftsmanship, provenance and style context.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or private client management, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience delivering white‑glove service to high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Strong organisational ability with meticulous attention to client data, follow‑up and appointment scheduling.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; willingness to support trunk shows and private events.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Experience
