Balenciaga is hiring a Client Ambassador in Kuwait City to represent the brand and drive luxury retail sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Balenciaga brand at all times and deliver a consistently elevated client experience in accordance with brand standards.
- Guide clients through the full buying journey: needs assessment, product presentation, fitting, and after-sales follow-up.
- Present and explain product features, materials and styling options while advising on trends and fitting to drive purchase decisions.
- Execute clienteling activities to nurture relationships, build a loyal clientele and maximise repeat business.
- Contribute to store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and cross-selling of the collection.
- Maintain merchandising and visual standards, ensure stock integrity and assist with store operations as needed.
- Adhere to company policies, cash-handling procedures and point-of-sale operations to safeguard commercial performance.
Qualifications
- Professional demeanour with polished communication skills and strong client-service orientation.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and to build long-term client relationships.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in Kuwait and ability to comply with local employment requirements.

Experience
Prior retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion, boutiques, or premium lifestyle brands; demonstrable track record of meeting sales objectives and cultivating repeat clients.
