Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a host for customers, fostering and strengthening strong customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company.
- Replenish stock and ensure high standards of merchandise presentation and quality control.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
- Understand and implement company procedures and policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury fashion companies.
- Sensitivity to product and fashion trends.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role, ideally within the luxury fashion sector, is required.
