Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a host for customers, consistently strengthening and building strong customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to provide excellent and professional customer service.
- Handle customer complaints, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of both the customer and the company.
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation, ensuring quality control.
- Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure all procedures and policies are understood and followed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury fashion.
- Product and fashion sensitivity with a strong knowledge of fashion trends.
- Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

Previous experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with experience in luxury fashion companies.
