Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, client service, and operational functions.
  • Manage a retail sales team, overseeing daily store operations including sales targets, KPIs, housekeeping, staff training, inventory management, and complaints handling.
  • Lead and motivate the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency in accordance with Balenciaga’s standards and requirements.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent by creating a positive work environment and a culture of feedback.
  • Build and maintain a customer database and cultivate relationships with valuable customers and VIPs.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in retail and customer service industries with people and store operation management.

Skills

Inclusive leadership style and excellent organizational skills. Adaptability, persuasiveness, and dynamic risk-taking abilities. High sensitivity to client experiences and loyalty. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficient in PC skills such as MS Office and other digital tools.

Experience

Experience in retail and customer service industries with a focus on people and store operation management is required.
