Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, display, client service, and operational functions.
- Manage a retail sales team, overseeing daily store operations including sales targets, KPIs, housekeeping, staff training, inventory management, and complaints handling.
- Lead and motivate the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency in accordance with Balenciaga’s standards and requirements.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent by creating a positive work environment and a culture of feedback.
- Build and maintain a customer database and cultivate relationships with valuable customers and VIPs.

- Prior experience in retail and customer service industries with people and store operation management.
