Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the store and sales team to meet and exceed sales and KPI goals.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders.
• Assist in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, and client service.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving quantitative and qualitative goals.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment aligned with Balenciaga's values.
• Identify, recruit, and develop talent within the team.
• Promote the Balenciaga brand and ensure consistent client experiences.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and internal process guidelines.
• Manage inventory activities and warehouse stock efficiently.
• Drive business development through client loyalty and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in team and store management within the luxury sector.
• Strong social skills and the ability to listen and communicate effectively.
• Fluency in German and English.
