Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Director in managing floor operations, sales, visual merchandising, client service, and store functions.
  • Analyze sales results and conduct regular assessments to optimize performance.
  • Support the Store Director in communicating relevant information to headquarters and sharing insights with the store team.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and provide strategic feedback to the Store Director.
  • Lead Department Managers to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
  • Implement and follow up on action plans defined with headquarters and the Store Director.
  • Create a positive work environment, embodying brand values and motivating the team.
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent, managing Department Managers and supporting their activities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Balenciaga's culture internally and externally.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and uphold Balenciaga's qualitative standards.
  • Manage store processes in compliance with legal, safety, and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate client databases and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role overseeing at least 10 individuals.
  • Extensive sales experience in the luxury retail sector.
  • Proven track record of successful team management and goal achievement.

Skills

Strong client service and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and precision skills. Adaptability and openness to change. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms. High sensitivity to fashion and product trends.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, with a focus on sales and team leadership.
