Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the store and sales team to achieve and exceed sales and KPIs goals in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Promote brand engagement to clients to ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, and operational functions.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
  • Identify, recruit, develop, and retain talent within the team.
  • Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, and internal process requirements.
  • Support inventory management and warehouse stock activities.
  • Drive client loyalty and retention, particularly with VIP clients.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in team and store management within the luxury sector.
  • Proven track record in sales of luxury products.
  • Strong social skills and ability to listen effectively.
  • Fluency in English and ideally a second language.
  • Possession of a customer portfolio and knowledge of local clientele.

Skills

Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong sense of responsibility and service orientation. Proficiency in IT tools and a keen sense of fashion culture. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
