Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store and sales team to achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets while ensuring compliance with company processes and guidelines.
- Promote brand engagement to clients, ensuring the achievement of qualitative and quantitative goals.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
- Assist in overseeing floor coverage, sales, visual merchandising, client service, and operational functions.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment aligned with Balenciaga's values.
- Identify, recruit, develop, and retain talent within the team.
- Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting brand culture internally and externally.
- Ensure consistent execution of the Balenciaga Signature and Client experience.
- Manage inventory activities and warehouse stock efficiently.
- Challenge and improve current processes to sustain growth and ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in team and store management within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong social skills and an ability to listen effectively.
- A strong sense of responsibility and service orientation.
- Possession of a customer portfolio and knowledge of local clientele.
- Proficiency in IT tools and a keen understanding of fashion culture.
- Experience in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency in English and ideally a second language.
