Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly management reports, including sales and inventory analysis, for management review and group consolidation.
- Review lease information submitted by shared services and ensure alignment with approved capex.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reporting packages for review with the APAC team.
- Communicate monthly spending reports to budget owners for monitoring and tracking against budget and forecasts.
- Coordinate with the Finance Shared Service Center for compliance with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and government agencies.
- Oversee the timely submission of budget and forecasts for Southeast Asia entities and reporting to APAC.
- Manage cost control with budget owners and support business plans and projects with the retail team in Southeast Asia.
- Prepare financial models and feasibility studies for new business opportunities.
- Coordinate legal reviews on lease agreements and manage finance transformation projects with the SSC.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with CA/CPA qualifications or equivalent.
- 5 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
- Experience in audit or internal control is preferred.
