Role & Responsibilities

  • Control, analytically allocate, and input supplier invoices.
  • Generate automatic payments in both euros and foreign currencies.
  • Monitor follow-ups and manage communication with suppliers.
  • Handle expense reports.
  • Import daily automated billing flows and track rejections.
  • Monitor and process banking operations.
  • Manage correspondence related to accounts payable.
  • Track and resolve supplier disputes.

Qualifications

  • Holder of a BTS in Accounting or Management.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an Accounts Payable or Auxiliary Accountant.

Skills

Proficiency in English for communication in an international environment. Familiarity with SAP and Excel; knowledge of ESKER is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills. Organized and meticulous. Respect for confidentiality. Excellent adaptability.

Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role is required.

Education

BTS in Accounting or Management.
