Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests to the AP House, ensuring a luxurious and personalized experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming environment in the reception area.
- Assist in organizing events and special occasions within the AP House.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in English and Korean.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality or customer service role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training preferred.
