Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, label and pack outbound shipments of high-value goods to company and client standards.
- Generate and verify export documentation, commercial invoices and customs paperwork in compliance with Swiss export regulations.
- Coordinate and schedule pickups with domestic and international carriers; manage carrier relations and track shipments until delivery confirmation.
- Inspect packaged goods for quality and completeness; ensure protective packing and handling procedures for fragile items.
- Record and reconcile outbound inventory movements; update stock records and communicate discrepancies to warehouse and supply chain teams.
- Maintain the shipping area and equipment, enforce workplace safety and security protocols for valuable merchandise.
- Collaborate with purchasing, production and customer service to prioritise shipments and meet delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma or equivalent in logistics, supply chain or transport (e.g., CFC) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years' operational experience in shipping/dispatch or outbound logistics; experience with high-value or luxury goods preferred.
- Solid knowledge of export documentation and customs formalities.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under time constraints.
- Physical ability to handle packages and perform repetitive tasks; valid category B driving licence for occasional runs preferred.

Experience
At least three years of hands-on shipping or outbound logistics experience, ideally in a luxury goods, watchmaking or high-value manufacturing environment, with direct responsibility for export documentation and carrier management.
Education
Vocational diploma in logistics/transport or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., CFC) or relevant on-the-job experience.
