Leading luxury fashion house in Dubai seeks a Sales Associate to drive boutique sales and nurture high-value client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to high-net-worth and international clientele to develop long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client acquisition, clienteling and upselling.
  • Manage sales transactions, returns and basic cash-handling procedures accurately using the store point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain boutique visual standards and merchandising directives to reflect the brand aesthetic and seasonal campaigns.
  • Build and update client records in the CRM to ensure effective follow-up, appointment management and after-sales service.
  • Support stock replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention practices to protect brand assets.
  • Contribute to a collaborative store environment by participating in team briefings, training and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach and polished presentation.
  • Numerical accuracy and experience handling transactions and basic reconciliation.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays according to boutique trading hours.
  • Legal right to work in the UAE.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of customer-facing retail experience, ideally with at least some exposure to the luxury goods or fashion sector and demonstrated sales achievement.

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma) required; formal retail or hospitality training or tertiary study in business, fashion or related fields is an advantage.
