HR Business Partner

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR strategic advisor to site leadership, translating business strategy into people priorities and action plans.
- Manage employee relations and casework, ensuring fair, consistent resolution while maintaining confidentiality and legal compliance under Swiss labour law.
- Lead workforce planning, organisational design and change-management initiatives to optimise operational effectiveness.
- Partner with recruitment to attract and onboard specialised technical and managerial talent for manufacturing and professional functions.
- Drive performance management, succession planning and development programmes for key roles and high-potential employees.
- Advise on compensation, benefits and reward matters; provide market input and implement locally appropriate practices.
- Design and deliver training interventions and people development activities in coordination with Group HR policies.
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous-improvement initiatives (e.g., HR process optimisation, engagement and retention programmes).
Qualifications
- Proven track record as an HR generalist and business partner in manufacturing, professional services or regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law, social-partner relations and local HR compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive change across operational teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, mediation and conflict-resolution skills with high discretion and ethical standards.
- Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics to inform decisions and measure impact.
Experience
Mid–senior level HR experience with several years as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist; experience in manufacturing or technical environments is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent professional experience.
