Audemars Piguet seeks a Client Experience / Welcome Host in Zurich for a 6–8 month full-time assignment at the AP House.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary front-of-house ambassador for the AP House Zurich, delivering discreet, anticipatory hospitality to incoming clients and guests.
  • Greet visitors, manage visitor flow and maintain an immaculate reception area consistent with brand standards.
  • Coordinate appointments and reservations across boutique and client advisory teams; manage waitlists and on-site seating.
  • Handle incoming phone, email and in-person enquiries with professional telephone and written etiquette; escalate sales or product enquiries to advisors as appropriate.
  • Maintain and update client records, appointment schedules and guest lists in CRM or reservation systems; support post-visit follow-up.
  • Provide administrative support for boutique operations and events, including guest check-in, name-tagging and logistics for private viewings.
  • Collaborate closely with sales advisors, concierge partners and operations to ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Uphold security and privacy protocols for high-net-worth clientele and sensitive client information.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in Switzerland for the duration of the 6–8 month assignment.
  • Professional, polished appearance and strong service orientation appropriate to a luxury environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with calm, courteous phone and in-person manner.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and occasional evenings to match boutique hours and events.
  • Reliable, punctual and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced front-of-house role.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, concierge or a front-of-house position is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

Entry-Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality or concierge services is an advantage.

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma); vocational training in hospitality or retail is a plus.
