Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the retail merchandising team with daily operations including stock allocation, replenishment and inter-boutique transfers.
  • Maintain and update product records, technical specifications and sample tracking; coordinate returns and loans between ateliers, warehouse and stores.
  • Produce regular sales and inventory reports; analyse sell-through, identify gaps and support assortment and replenishment decisions.
  • Support visual merchandising and boutique presentation: prepare merchandising packs, planograms and in-store displays following brand directives.
  • Liaise with retail, warehouse and product teams to ensure timely launches, accurate pricing, POS updates and seamless product flow.
  • Ensure data integrity within PLM/retail systems and assist with ad hoc merchandising projects such as product launches and store audits.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Fashion Business, Merchandising, Retail Management or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in product documentation.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort handling numbers and producing simple reports; proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective communicator able to coordinate across stores, warehouse and product teams; professional discretion and teamwork.
  • Previous retail or merchandising internship desirable; interest in luxury fashion and knowledge of boutique operations is a plus.
  • Professional command of French and working proficiency in English preferred.

Experience

Internship-level: currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme with preferably one prior retail or merchandising internship; hands-on exposure to boutique operations or stock management is advantageous.
