Role & Responsibilities
- Support the merchandising team in assortment and range planning for the accessories collection across seasonal drops.
- Prepare and maintain line sheets, product specifications, SKU breakdowns and internal presentation materials.
- Track sample flow and coordinate sample requests between design, product development and production teams.
- Compile costing data, monitor target margins and contribute to pricing discussions for accessory SKUs.
- Analyse sales and inventory data to inform replenishment, allocation and assortment recommendations.
- Assist in production follow-up, purchase order tracking and supplier communications as required.
- Conduct market and trend research to benchmark competitive price positioning and assortment breadth.
- Perform administrative duties to support collection launches, showroom preparations and internal meetings.
Qualifications
- Current enrolment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Fashion Merchandising, Luxury Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable organisational acumen with meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Analytical mindset with basic quantitative skills for simple sales/inventory analysis and costing support.
- Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work effectively within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Professional discretion and respect for confidential calendar, design and commercial information.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or summer placement in fashion merchandising, product development or accessories is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrable exposure to fashion retail or brand operations will be considered an asset.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Fashion Merchandising, Luxury Management, Business or a related field.
