Puig is hiring a Marketing Lifestyle Brand Manager in Santiago to lead lifestyle brands including Antonio Banderas and Shakira.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute 360° brand strategies for the assigned lifestyle portfolio (Adolfo Domínguez, Antonio Banderas, Shakira, United Colors of Benetton and other lifestyle brands) to drive awareness, trial and sales in-market.
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital, social and ATL/BTL channels, ensuring consistent brand positioning and creative execution.
  • Lead product and seasonal launches, coordinating product, packaging and merchandising inputs with cross‑functional teams (sales, trade marketing, supply chain and finance).
  • Manage external agencies and talent/celebrity relationships where applicable, overseeing briefs, timelines, deliverables and budgets.
  • Own budget planning and P&L accountability for marketing activities at market level; monitor ROI and reallocate resources to maximize commercial impact.
  • Develop shopper and retail activation plans with sales teams and retail partners to optimize distribution and in-store visibility.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor performance and generate actionable market reports; translate data into recommendations to improve conversion and lifetime value.
  • Coordinate with regional and global brand teams to align local initiatives with global strategy and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience managing lifestyle, fashion, fragrance or consumer goods brands, preferably within an international or regional matrix organisation.
  • Demonstrable track record of planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns and product launches with measurable commercial results.
  • Experience managing agencies, external talent/licensors and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with budget and ROI management experience.
  • Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder-influence skills.

Experience

Minimum of 4 years of progressive marketing experience managing lifestyle, fashion or consumer brands, with proven responsibility for end-to-end campaign delivery and measurable commercial outcomes. Experience in Latin American markets and with licensed or celebrity-branded products is highly desirable.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline; Master’s or MBA is advantageous.
