Role & Responsibilities
- Drive business development to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively achieve sales targets and share personal sales experience.
- Utilize customer information for cross-selling opportunities.
- Support and execute assigned business and administrative tasks, including handling customer complaints.
- Monitor inventory levels and report issues to the store manager to ensure stock availability.
- Adhere to company and store operational requirements and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Passion for the retail industry and enthusiasm for perfumes and cosmetics.
- High sense of responsibility, positivity, and learning ability with excellent, enthusiastic, and detailed service awareness.
- Ability to work under high pressure, take on additional tasks, and resolve customer complaints.
- High school diploma or above.
- Proficiency in Mandarin with standard pronunciation.
