Beauty Counter Manager
Acqua di Parma seeks a Counter Manager (80%) for the LOEB Bern counter in Bern, Switzerland. Permanent role focused on sales, clienteling and KPI management.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑standard, personalised consultations and sales to local and international clientele at the LOEB Bern counter.
- Sell the full Acqua di Parma assortment including fragrances, home fragrances, shaving, leather and travel collections.
- Contribute to the establishment, visual identity and steady growth of the brand at the counter.
- Monitor and drive counter performance through regular analysis and management of KPIs.
- Implement initiatives to increase sales and customer lifetime value; execute clienteling and CRM activities.
- Manage stock levels and ensure optimal product availability through effective inventory control.
- Maintain merchandising and in‑store brand standards in line with Acqua di Parma guidelines.
- Operate the POS / cash register and support stocktakes and operational store tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' professional experience in perfumery or luxury beauty retail sales and advising.
- Proven expertise and product knowledge in fragrances and luxury beauty assortments.
- Fluent German (spoken and written); additional languages advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client‑service orientation.
- Reliable, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a passionate retail team.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years in perfumery or luxury beauty retail with a demonstrable record of sales, client advisory and counter management responsibilities.
Education
Vocational education or diploma in retail, sales, hospitality or equivalent professional experience preferred.
