Beauty Consultant
Acqua Di Parma in Madrid seeks a temporary, part‑time Beauty Consultant to drive luxury retail sales and client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert product advice and a high‑touch customer experience throughout the sales process to achieve individual and store targets.
- Prospect, cultivate and sustain long‑term client relationships and loyalty through personalised follow‑up and clienteling.
- Drive weekly and monthly retail KPIs to meet sales objectives and report performance to the Retail Area Manager.
- Propose and demonstrate tailored product solutions and upsell complementary items to maximise basket value.
- Maintain merchandising standards and assist with inventory control to ensure optimal in‑store stock levels.
- Monitor competitor activity, product launches and promotional initiatives within the marketplace.
- Complete operational and administrative tasks such as sales reporting and stock orders as required.
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent in beauty; vocational training or university degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum B2 level of English (spoken and written).
- Minimum three years' experience in retail or service environments, ideally within luxury, perfumery, beauty or fashion.
- Demonstrable customer orientation, resilience and a results‑driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, autonomy and proactive initiative.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail or service roles; experience within luxury, perfumery, beauty or fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training and/or university degree preferred.
