Acqua di Parma seeks a Beauty Advisor Intern in Chengdu — hourly CNY 25–32; retail cosmetics internship at Chengdu MixC.

Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain counter presentation and hygiene: clean tester bottle nozzles, tidy surfaces continuously and return used testers to their designated positions.
- Perform regular in‑counter fragrance diffusion (approximately every 30 minutes) and replenish merchandising materials such as paper bags and ribbons.
- Support inventory and stock tasks, including assistance during stock counts and orderly storage of promotional materials.
- Welcome and engage customers: greet visitors with a smile, distribute fragrance samples and invite customers to the counter.
- Assist beauty advisors with client service flow: escort customers to seats, offer water, facilitate introductions to advisors and help with gift packaging.
- Encourage digital engagement by inviting customers to scan the company QR code and distributing samples upon successful scans.
- Proactively manage customer wait times using simple conversational hospitality to maintain a positive experience when advisors are occupied.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student (secondary or tertiary education).
- Genuine interest in cosmetics, fragrance and personal grooming with a willingness to learn product knowledge.
- Outgoing, honest and reliable demeanour with a strong service orientation.
- Demonstrable team spirit, good execution skills and the ability to integrate quickly into a retail team.
- Resilient under pressure and comfortable working in a high‑traffic luxury retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Entry‑level position for current students; no prior professional experience required. Previous retail or cosmetics customer‑facing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in secondary school, college or university.
