A. Lange & Söhne is hiring a Sales Operations Intern (SEAO) in Singapore to support regional sales reporting, order management and boutique coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support regional sales operations for Southeast Asia & Oceania by preparing and maintaining sales reports, dashboards and performance trackers.
  • Process customer orders, liaise with boutiques and distributors on order status, stock movements and delivery logistics.
  • Maintain and reconcile inventory records; assist in stock takes and allocation planning for mono-brand boutiques and key retail partners.
  • Provide administrative support for CRM updates, client data hygiene and segmentation tasks to ensure accurate client records.
  • Coordinate with marketing and events teams to support product launches, trunk shows and in-market activations.
  • Contribute to process-improvement initiatives to streamline order-to-delivery workflows and reporting cadence.
  • Respond to internal stakeholder requests (regional sales managers, boutique teams, after-sales) and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Assist with ad hoc commercial projects, market analysis and competitor monitoring as directed by the sales operations manager.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s program in business administration, finance, supply chain, hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; confident in stakeholder-facing interactions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Proactive, service-oriented attitude with a professional demeanour suitable for luxury retail contexts.
  • Prior retail, luxury brand or administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience

Ideal candidates will have some exposure to retail or commercial environments through internships, part‑time work or university projects; 0–1 years of relevant experience is acceptable for this internship.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Hospitality Management or a related field.
