Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the Transport team.
- Participate in managing transport disputes and customs blockages with carriers.
- Assist in assembling contentious files and tracking reimbursements with insurance companies.
- Monitor daily customer delivery statuses.
- Oversee supplier deliveries and quotations.
- Update tracking spreadsheets.
- Generate transport labels and customs documents to ensure smooth customs clearance.
- Track supplier shipments, including returns to service centers and shipments to specialized providers.
- Research and propose AI-based solutions to optimize service performance.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree, preferably from a business school or equivalent university.
- Interest in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain fields.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in a related field is required.
Education
Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree in a relevant field.
